However, in the event of an illness, accident or medical emergency, either contact your Rep or refer to the emergency numbers indicated on the notice board. You can of course also contact a Doctor or hospital directly but we would ask that you also advise your Rep in order that we are able to offer assistance where necessary.

They are known as “Eczane” in Turkish and this is the name you will see on the sign outside. Pharmacists are well trained and can often give advice on non-serious medical matters. We feel that your health and safety is very important as it you are in any doubt at all, please speak to your Rep regarding seeing a Doctor. Opening hours are generally 09:00 to 18:00 but in the height of the season, chemists are often open until midnight. Ali pharmacies are on a rota far emergencies - a sign will be displayed an every chemist door advising of the 24-haur pharmacy open.
